So today after 1 month of breaking up i had a meltdown and i just talked to my ex and told her everything. I told her many things blamed her and she reacted as she did always. She said go block me i am tired and all. Was it okay if i just went and told her everything was it needed. I guess i am still chasing her she is not Going to be there. I feel I should nt tell her anything bt i bad that anger and everything.

Hello guys help me with the trauma that I got 2 days ago, it is a big story I was in a situationship with a girl so I met her in March she told me that she was not in a relationship I trusted her we talked to each other for hours and does our work by helping each other. I proposed her in March. She rejected I told her If you like someone else go to him. She rejected that she is not in a relationship or like anyone. 2 days ago she blocked me from everywhere and I connected to a person who told me that he is in relationship with from a year I was so heart broken. Weeping day and night don't eat anything. Condition was this much bad she was living with him sleeping with him and was telling me that I am not in a relationship with anyone. Someone please help me it's 2:36 I have an interview tomorrow I lost my job also because of this all trauma.

Hii everyone,
So I'm dating a girl to whom I know since 2 years. We are dating since 1 month and everything is nice we both are happy but sometimes my overthinking ruins everything 
I overthink a lot and sometimes i feel like no one can understand me. And due to the fear of not making things worse i end up saying her bye and then she goes mad like i know your mood is off and if you wanna talk about something then talk to me but i feel like she won't understand me and the i say bye to her without telling the reason behind that mood. And later I start apologising for my insane behaviour 
And end up ruining her mood also
I've been through this in the past and i don't want to repeat the same mistake again 
I want to improve my myself and want to get things better with her and myself too
What should i do?
