I meditate on daily basis since like 3 weeks but dont see any diffrence in my mind. I keep increasing its time to 10 to 20mins but still nothing I just want stability. But I think I’m a little too impatient. Hehehe💀

5 mins after you wake up
5 mins before you sleep

Increase the pace after a month to 10 min. Consistency and persistent is all you need to develop to see the progress.
