I feel like I might harm myself. I don't know why though. 

I've started cutting again. Haven't done it for a long time. But im not stopping the urge to cut anymore. I cant deal with my emotions. Because I'm wanting something that i can never have. Desire is a bitch. Atleast for me, it is. I wish i could stop everything. I just want to leave. I dont want to be here. I dont want to be anywhere.

Self Harm

So when I get strong emotions I tend to scratch myself without realizing it or I do it bc of the urge to do so.
Anybody know how to get myself to stop?
Also, how to I treat the scratch? I have a mark on my arm and I don't want anybody to get worried.

I suppose i love my scars because they have stayed with me longer than the most people have 😏

Motivation

How do I feel ok? How do I stop saying I’m fine? Y can’t I get the pain to stop? I been through the numbness and the overwhelming soul crushing pain. The hopelessness. How do I get it all to stop? PLEASE HELP ME! I want to cut so bad. I need it. I want it. But I know I need to fight it. I just don’t know how.
