What do you do when you feel like your in a position where you have to choose your husband over your friend and vice versa? 

Last year, I had an argument with a friend and we later go over it. My husband rejoiced because he is not a fan of hers. When I wanted to rekindle with my friend, he was far less than supportive. Instead, it was insulting to me that he doesn’t want me to be friends with her because “she’s a bad influence on me”. And when I accepted an invitation to her daughter’s bday party, my husband and got into a huge argument, even though he is still also “friends” with her on social media. Every time if I bring her up, he makes it clear he wants me to stay away from her. 

So I listened, even though I do not agree. It’s gotten weird because I dream about her. And in my dreams I tell her how much I miss her. 

When her pictures pop up on my phone, sometimes I cry. 

I don’t want to piss off my husband, because I am tired of fighting. I know your spouse trumps over friends when it comes over ￼ priority, but I feel off.

I compared my husband to all the guys today and he’s short and I can’t accept that I feel soo horrible that I m comparing I dint compare in the beginning and I dint face much issues now I m soo sad that I can’t even see his love
