Day 187 of writing journal entries.

I had a moody day today, I have to do the dishes still, pack to see my Dad again tomorrow, put away laundry… and it’s already almost time for me to go to bed and I have to leave in the morning. I’m so tired to but I don’t feel like sleeping.

I don’t know where these moods come from but they are awful and they don’t feel normal, they just happen out of nowhere for no reason. My biggest issue is not knowing how to still be productive when I feel like this, because all I want to do is lay down and pout.

I just hope i can get into therapy soon… I want to get this figured out.

Personal Growth

He broke up with me just because he wanted to focus on his career and studies
And forgets to remove our mutual friends from his sc too when he removed me and sends sc of partying just the next week
He was definitely a coward

Exhausted

People tend to say alot that I am cold hearted and heartless because I change my friends and don't have that much attachment issues . 
It's just the way I am now. 
I never used to be like this I still think highly of my seven school friends but after going to college I just changed and I hurt a lot of people because of this trait I don't know why I am like this I am starting to hate myself
