I’m married since a year. Been living with my in-laws for 4 months. They are generally nice and don’t mistreat me but I’m someone who’s lived alone or in a hostel for the last ten years so it’s been quite a bit of culture shock and I don’t feel supported by my husband. Please give me tips to be happy here and live with them amicably

I'm feeling very sad recently. I don't know how it is so easy to leave someone.

There is this guy who surely is a narcissist. He makes me feel so lowly of me and so highly of himself but I'm still so addicted to him. I'm scared of losing him. I stop eating and socializing whenever he tries to avoid me. Its is always me who goes after him after every single fight.  I need to get over this relationship. It is damaging my mental health and affecting my other relations.
