Affirmations, reality checks and pacifications i'm constantly giving myself :

1. It's okay to be not okay
2. It's okay to crawl and keep one toe infront of another
3. it's okay to not show up always and be glad for all the times and things you showed up for when you couldn't/can't for all
THE BIGGEST THING IS YOU SHOWED UP FOR YOURSELF - uhm like i was mentally being harsh on myself big time..but i chose me sanctitiy instead of going miles for the other.
4. It's okay to make mistakes
5. It's okay fail. The more you try n fail, the more you do well.
6. You are human.  And all the human aspects of you during struggle. 
7. It's okay sometimes to not be there for family or relatives or 'work' when you are 'being', just 'being and ' holding yourself through stuff
8. It's okay to be on your own path and your own journey, one step, one day and sometimes one hour/moment at a time.
