Now&Me Thinks

My mum suffers from frequent migranes and it gets super difficult to maneuver around her bad mood in order to not trigger her. I know it's not her fault but it gets too much for me also because its just my mum and I living together so I'm on the receiving end of all her frustration and anger.

Overthinking

i feel like there isn't a single day when i don't feel depressed. I have been suffering from some kind of pain in my heart since childhood and still i haven't got rid of that pain. I thought if i keep myself busy i would forget about everything but  in reality  i am surrounding more n more around that kind of people who are not understanding n trying to hurt my self esteem once again. since childhood i didnot get any motivating words from my father. he always blameS me for every little mistake i made .It really affected my confidence . now i am trying to do things in my own way but everything is going in a wrong way. sometimes i feel that i dont have any talent n i too blame myself for eveything i am going through becoz i did not live with my parents when i was 7 year old so i coudn't got into a good school at that time .since than he has been blaming me for every single mistake i have made in my life . eveytime i try to cheer myself but my efforts go in vain  and i dont have   anyone with whom i can share my thoughts and all the sufferings i m going through .And i can't tell my mother becoz she had gone through the same things but in some other way. I have been keeping many things in my heart. .every word he said pierce into my heart n now there are other people who are doing the same things. 

Anxiety

Feeling so much unwanted and being blamed I’m the reason for this! Not sure what I did wrong! Except to withstand all your anger abuse and supported financially with all my savings! What else !
