i feel so lonely. it's so difficult to make friends in adulthood. wish i could do something about it...

i don't know what made me come here .but i feel so lonely in such a big world ,i tried some other websites and except for perverts found nothing.it's just i simply need a friend with whom i can share my negative past to emerge out stronger without the *fear of being judged*

In a batch of 150 I feel so lonely... Why is it so impossible for me to make friends, I do talk to almost everyone but I am not anyone's friend neither is anyone my friend no matter how good I'm to them.

Uhmm.. Is it normal to feel lonely even if you have friends? I cant bring myself to tell them about some stuffs coz i feel like they dont give a sht bout it

I feel lonely on the weekends. I am a working professional. Over the weekends I feel I have no one to talk to. I don't have many friends. I just feel alone and empty. I find myself scrolling my phone waiting for notifications/messages to pop up. Even if I reply to them the other person takes ages to reply back. There were times when picking up a book helped me negate this. But I have found that not to be sustainable. I don't know what I am looking for. Is it suggestions to make better friends or make friends in an online world. 

Lonely

Who else feels alone? I recently moved to a new big city and it’s so difficult to make friends or find someone to date long terms. Tried dating apps, but that’s totally rubbish, with men wanting casual fun only. Everyone says do some group activities to make friends. I am not even sure what activities I want to do and everything is so expensive. I spend most weekends on Netflix and that is not helping at all.
