Once when I was coming back from my school in my school bus, we encountered a woman smoking, everyone started talking about her and started passing comments. I don’t understand why it’s such a big issue if a woman is smoking. One student passed a comment that she is wearing a saree and smoking. This means if she would have been wearing some western clothes then maybe it would have been less objectionable.
I know right people judge women so much.

Well, The student passed such comment maybe because he/she would have always seen women smoking in western attire or so in ads,tv,movies etc and never seen any lady smoking in saree.So maybe who would Ave said that in astonishment…but yes i agree that people do judge women on every part of life and students should be taught gender equality from very young age…
