Self Love

There's a horrible feeling in my chest whenever something goes wrong. I always used to keep it in, not telling anyone because I hate showing anyone I'm vulnerable. My mom is supportive but I hate that she has to be strong even if it might devastate her. I feel almost always on edge, stressed, anxious, angry at myself for not being good enough. I always question if I deserve anything or anyone's support. I always compare myself to others, hating on myself. I cry it out and it gets better for a while, but that feeling never goes away. I think I need help, but don't know whats wrong with me. 

Stress

My Life is a mess right now! 

I am so confused of what to feel and what not to feel. 

I was stuck in an incompatible marriage and within two months I realized that it would be a mess. So, filed for divorce and got it through in two years. I was mentally free. 

I decided to meet and date people after thinking for a while. Met a few guys on through dating apps but I had stopped mentioning that I am divorced because then guys would think that I am an easy catch and just looking for sex. 
However, I eventually met a really good guy and after meeting told him about my status and all. We both felt a beautiful bond then lockdown happened. 
Still we continually stayed in touch, and post the lockdown met. I cant express how much good I felt with him and how good such moments were. 

But, now after a few months he has vanished, we talk quite less or rather not. I know our priorities have changed but I am still not able to forget him. We never promised each other anything but I can certainly tell there was a spark. I miss him alot but I dont want to bother him again and again. 

I know he is quite near to my city yet he never texts. Earlier he used to text especially to make our meeting plans but now I know he visited my city yet never texted me to meet. 

That actually felt hurt so much so that I dont even want to confront him anymore. May be he has met someone else or something like that. 

But I do miss him and the bond we had. 

I just want to put it out there in Universe because I wish to get it out of my mind. The thought that his priorities have changed and I don't matter anymore. 

This might be an overthinking thought or he is really busy. But I am not able to be convinced on the thought that he is supposedly quite busy in settling yet he can roam around in my city but never call me to meet. 



Overthinking

Hi, I had lied to my father. 3 years ago me and my father went to a seminar where they people where teaching how to earn money. My dad gave $682 for registration fees. I convinced him to do so because I thought I could do it.  After I went there to see how they earn I was shocked to know the truth.  It was a con company they find people in streets and tell them that they can earn money.  I didn't tell my dad how the work is.  And I did not go to work because I knew I couldn't do it and I knew I they wouldn't give the refund to me. I was finding other online works to do for money.  But all of them were frauds I kept lying to dad that I was earning money. My father keeps asking about the money but I couldn't tell him the truth that I don't have any. I kept feeling guilty and bad that I would make him disappoint and hate me.  I would feel to die because of the suffocation of the lies but I couldn't die leaving my sibling and mom alone.  

**What do i do and how to I earn as a student?**

3am Thoughts

Had my first panic attack yesterday after months without one. Since then many little ones, because of fear of panic.. fear of fear itself is the worst, I feel so helpless, I feel like this won’t stop this time..
