Okay so soon maybe I’m gonna start yoga classes I’m totally beginners and i don’t have any body moment and i rarely go out of my house and whenever I go I feel in pain my body as the activity happens after 5,6 so my body muscles aren’t released… Any tips what should do while starting my yoga classes
