Okay so, I’ve been feeling triggered from something that caused me trauma . What do i do?
My heart is beating so fast
Please tell me nothing is going to happen and I’ll be safe.
Have some water and take deep breaths, idk what helps as it different for different people but try thinking or doing something that helps your distract from your anxiety, maybe something pleasant? Or mind soothing? I would usually think of a childhood memory that would make me feel nostalgic and happy.
