Okay so it’s been a month I’m feeling exhausted of everything… Feeling bored and nothing exites me in my life… Idk why this is happening but ig this is affecting my mental health alot… Idk if this is anxiety, depression or anything else but i feel weird I feel like I need some break something exiting in my life which can make me start my life again

Baat hona bahot mushkil hai kyunki unke paass mobile allow nhi hai ese jagh pe they work… And we were together from 2 yrs n 2 saal mein esa ek bhi din nhi tha jis mein bina baat kiye jaye agar jaghda hua hota toh bhi hum baat karte the

Well one thing that helps me is playing online games… Second thing is watching some series and binge watch your fav series… This is few … Another thing is you can talk to your best friend it really helps

Same. I feel exactly the same thing. All my friends have their own life. And here i am. Everything seems so stagnant, mundane.

First you listen your mind and think why feel so depressed. Definitely there will a reason find out that try to solve it. If iam in your situation my solution are different and same yours will be different. So find out that solution. May traveling, spending time with good friends, cooking, dancing anything.
