Okay I just read it somewhere and now realized that me getting bored in a healthy relationship is because I was grown up in a chaotic environment where fights and arguments were normal and my brain picked it up as love and find it comfortable so now I unconsciously pick up fights arguments and things like that to feel comfortable. It’s a freaking trauma response πŸ₯²πŸ₯². I can now justify my behaviour lmao

Justify, Seriously?
The approach should have been to get rid of trauma. Learn not to inflict it on someone and you just want to take to easy way, that’s not wise.
