Okay, but like, why do i keep stress and bored eating (I’m also eating a lot when I’m bored, and I’m stressed and bored almost all the time). My question is why tf I’m doing that. Like, I either eat because of stress or just skip eating an entire day because of stress wtf
you could try eating bubble gum and read or listen to musik or keep yourself busy so you don’t have to stress in the end
I’m eating a lot of gum and now my mom got mad at me because she says it’s not healthy and I’m eating too much gum so I don’t really have gum anymore. And I am stressed because my exams that are coming so I need to study which is making me bored and stressed in the same time
