Yeah. He didn’t pick up and texted me after some hours of why i called him…

Tell him that you wanted to talk about something very important and urgent and for that either he has to call you or meet with you as it is not possible to express it in form of a text.

I already know his response.
He will be like either
“what’s something you have to say that you can’t say over text’
or 'rn I’m too busy,maybe later hon.”

Ask him directly what… I have no idea sometimes what to say.Sometimes i plan to say something and then I forget after meeting with him or talking with him.
If I bring up the conversation about break up then i don’t know what’s his response is gonna be.
And I always compromised feelings it’s not the first time but it hurts every SINGLE TIME whenever this happens

I really haven’t thought about it much. I have always suppressed this feeling of being left alone and always thought that something is wrong with me so it’s hard for me now thinking about it and being there alone to fight for me with no one to support me.

Hugging is actually really good for mental health.
Usually it makes us release an hormone called oxytocin (love/ happy hormone) and feeling that kinda compression on the body makes our sympathetic nervous system (let’s say suppress it… dk what to actually term it) and also our adrenal medullary glands (adrenaline/ fight or flight hormone) is also (let’s say suppressed again). This make our body to relax amd calm down.
There is whole science behind hugging and mental health issues and it’s actually proven. :)

I mean hai but I don’t open up infront of lots of people. I think mai kisiko bhi bataungi so they will give me a hug but the problem is that i don’t share my personal kind of stuff with anyone except him… I rather feel safe telling him this kind of stuff.

I’m not holding any ideas of soulmates. He told long back that he is not that kind of person who does fake promises of staying forever.
And he might be emotionally abusing me from distance but the way he treats me when he is actually present with me, is something that cannot even be explained in words.
He is a very sweet guy. Ig … this is the only damm reason why i sticked around with him for such a long time cuz i don’t have guts to leave him.

I’m confused here. Idk what to do anymore here by myself. And idk but he has that charm which actually makes me forget everything i want to say.

He doesn’t knows yet that I had panic attack. I didn’t told anyone about this. Probably if I would have actually told him then he might have came but the fact is that happened 2 weeks before his exams and I did ask him to come and see me and told him something bad happened that day and I really would appreciate if he just came for 5 minutes. I just didn’t told him the reason (panic attack) of why to come. But he responded 5 hours later saying that he can’t come as he was focussing on his studies.

I really want to express my pain about this kind of matter and i will do it once i meet him. I just need to find a reason how to bring him up to me to talk.
