ok… i just typed this whole thing 2 min back and i pressed some key it all vanished…so typing it all over again. guess the Universe wants me to type it n feel it again!!

DEAR KANUPRIYA…i am so proud of you… even tho your parents, family, bf and some friends made you feel unheard, unseen and as if u n ur feelings or their growth is not imp…trust me, it is and you are making urself feel heard, seen.

After waking up to an anxious morning after a bad night n some triggers now…i took care of my physical needs- took antacid for acidity(fueled by anxiousness too), had lots of water, , a bit of soda.
Did some self care too, put some home made, self made face pack m medicine on big face pimple.
Mental n emotional needs- voiced myself, reached out to 2-3 therapists, did a previous sharing here…n acknowledging my progress, being there for self, looking at the bigger picture and applauded me not thinking or doing malicious things/thoughts i could have.

DEAR KP, i am sooo prouf of urself for checking in… taking care…loving urself… choosing urself…n being you.
You have such a big heart and ever bigger smile…

i hope u know its an indication to give time n attention to urself
As you focus on work, taking care of self, yet others…drawing healthy boundaries…you shine with so so much of hope n strength you are keeping.
You are a special one. You’ve got thisl. even tho there are many side effects of the complex/chronic ptsd as well as recent things, healed issues that have popped up n u ponder when n how will u get over them…i m sure u will , sooooon! until then, i hope u continue being kind to yourself, do as much work as u can…

look at you, aware of your thoughts, your situations, ur needs, ur emotions n labelling them, allowing yourself to feel it and letting them out…
