Often I'm getting the thought of taking excessive sleeping pills for no specific reasons . Since I've bipolar I'm usually taking sleeping pills with other medicines every night. Often I think of swallowing those pills all at once 🤯

You ever feel like you wish you could hate your mother but you just can't no matter what you have to endure I have gone through literal hell my whole life and I still continue to go through it no one will ever understand what I mean when I say that most people just put me down on the fact that I do not want to love her but no one has went through what I have so no one can understand they all just say that's your mother you're supposed to love her but you haven't dealt with it and it's so annoying
