Is there anyone who's into novels? 
I was obsessed with reading novels, stories or anything to read, I still love it but I've lost that craze. I've been trying for a year now but whenever I try to read my racing thoughts get into a chaotic fight of competition, comparison, anxiety, etc.
I wanna indulge into those stories like before as if they are mine. Earlier I could finish a novel in a couple of hours but now months go by and I can't even finish a quarter.
I know maybe this isn't a big issue but books were my safe space, an escape from reality and I desperately want it back.

I feel dizzy all day with the feeling that I might faint. But should I be feeling this way or do I have some medical condition? Things like these make me worry about myself and trigger some unpleasant thoughts. From what I know dizziness can mean differently to different people. For example, for some it can be the feeling of being unsteady or lightheaded, while for some it can be a feeling of that ‘I might faint any minute’ or for some you can experience that your room you are standing or sitting in is spinning – even when it is not. For me its most of those things combined together. Medically you can also experience some symptoms like difficulty in hearing, headache, nausea, vomiting, ringing in your ears, staggering loss of coordination, and might have trouble seeing things clearly (thanks google). I feel dizzy all day can also be because of simply dehydration and at times due to mental exhaustion, stress or anxiety. These all are related to one another in a way along with other conditions. But does the society understands the concept when I say I feel dizzy all day. Does the society even care enough to say that take a break and recuperate? Does the society even recognise it as a condition which is to a larger extent related to our mental health as a condition that can be treated and cured? Or the larger question would be, why do I even care what the society has to say! It is way simpler than putting a lot of thought and energy on it.

Sent's i was 8 years old i had to take care of my little sister and my little brother. I do everything for my sidings like i'm there mom and i don't get to hangout with anyone. My partners hit me manly times when i was 8-15 and im 15 years old. My partners tell me i'm going to cause them to break up and manly other hate full stuff and never nice stuff.
