Also how do I deal with anxiety because suddenly I feel a lot of academic pressure and that results in headache. I don’t know what to do :( . I am losing my mind.
I know how you feel! I am currently in college right now. Sometimes I just feel like giving up but I always remember that I can do it. It’s also hard to change bad habits, so don’t be hard on yourself for not doing perfect. We are all human, we make mistakes. Sometimes we don’t try because we feel like we can’t do it, or it’s too much for us. I did horrible my first year. It felt like it was the end of the world for me. I felt such shame and embarrassment because my friends were doing great. You have to change your perspective on what is happening in order to not let it get to you. What I do is not make a list of all the things I have to do because it makes me feel anxious. It makes me worry. What I do is write down 3-4 things I want to get done that day. Assignments feels more manageable that way, and if you get done early if you have the energy do one more. If you only get 2 or 3 done it’s okay I view that as a victory too. It’s 2-3 less assignments I have to do this week. You can do it ! You’ve came this far. You’re worthy
