Everything looks so boring these days and there is sense of insecurity in life. Don't know how to bring back pre COVID normalcy in life.

3am Thoughts

 I have covid and it feels like im being dragged through hell and back.

COVID-19

Is anyone else feeling like overwhelmed with all the news about Covid-19.
I guess I'm just not able to take it anymore 
It's really getting to me although everyone in my family is fine.
But a friend of mine and his whole family has covid.
Yesterday when I was watching news there's a person whose brother had died and his other brother was in need of Oxygen, which he couldn't arrange.
I told everyone to change the channel but it was late I already started crying.
Jus t wondering if something is wrong with me or is it normal
I don't cry very often or easily
These covid posts n all are feeling alot



A suggestion: Combination of Dexamethasone chlorphemine maleate and diazepam can be applied in the treatment of covid19

Gratitude

So my 15 days of Covid icu shift and my third covid rotation in this year and my 7th covid rotation since last year has ended. 
I am left with bitter sweet feelings and lots of trauma. I can still hear icu sounds even when I am not there. It's just.. it has changed me as a person. Now I am a person with some mental health issues. I still see visuals or see random faces of patients or memories which make me tear but I guess this is something I'll work on for next few months. I might still get placed on covid duties again in a week or so . Lets just hope for the best though. For what I have seen do far , there's nothing that makes me surprised. Life is really unpredictable . If you are close to your loved ones just give them a hug. Because really health is wealth. When your in icu it doesn't matter if you're a millionaire you will still gasp the same as a poor man and everyone just goes in the same body bag.
Be grateful and appreciate those who love you.
Sigh. I miss my family so much to live far away from my parents and my brother his wife and son, Is a lot sometimes. But it's okay.
I am glad I saved a lot of patients and saved some families while staying away from my own

COVID HELP

I can't not just sleep..my mind just keeps on thinking and thinking.
The COVID situation outside is a mess..a bigger mess inside my head.
I wonder when all of this..both sides will stop..will there be a day my I am at peace or not thinking about anything.
I feel so fucking annoyed by everything that's around me...got not even a single person to talk to..I feel like a pile of mess, sticking together holding onto the last bits.. would fall anytime
