Try to take deep breaths. Inhale by counting 1-2-3-4-5 in your mind. Hold (count 1-2-3) and then exhale counting (1-2-3-4-5). Or drink chamomile tea if it helps. It made me okay a few times.

Just another means you do have panic attack often. You notice them too. Please try to talk to someone or some professional about it. It can get severe at times.
