Not good,  not good at all , was under depression due to something that happened to me two months ago. Still not recovered,  having panic attacks every and that too during a particular time. Was very suicidal and todays news got me triggered . Need help

I want to take this moment to Thank you everyone for you sincere & generous comments. 
I was really uncomfortable & didn't knew whom to reach out. And just because you guys were sincere & were open, I got the confidence to go to doctor. Tbh, I thought it will be fine by itself.
And oh boy, I was so wrong. 
Thank god, it was not piles, but it was also something serious. 
Just in case you guys are not aware, I was on bed from last 3-4 weeks. Yeah, it was painful. 
But thankfully I'm fine now. 

And thank you so much guys. I really love you all.

प्रिय तुम, 
आज का दिन भी अपने साथ कई सारे सवालों के साथ आया है, जो तुम्हारे मन में कई सारे खयाल लाते हैं, तुम अपने से जुड़ी हर चीज को अत्यधिक सोचते हो, हर जज़्बातों को दिल की गहराई से महसूस कर जाते हो, और जिस हिसाब से तुम लोगो की हर उम्मीदों पर खरे उतरते हो, तुम्हे भी लगता है की वो भी तुम्हारे साथ हो, पर हमारा खुद के सिवा किसी और पर बस कहा, हम कोशिशें कर सकते है खुद से जुड़ी बातों को उन्हे समझाने की, लेकिन अगर वो समझना ही नहीं चाहेगे तो क्या ही कर सकते है...

इसलिए उम्मीदों का दामन छोड़ कर वो करो जिसे तुम्हारे दिल को सुकून मिले, अच्छाई करो लोगो के लिए नही बल्कि तुम्हें अच्छाई पर भरोसा है इसलिए...पर दूसरो से किसी भी चीज की उम्मीद ना करना, अगर किसी से उम्मीद रखनी है तो खुद से करो, कभी निराश नहीं होगें।।।।।
