Helo there! even if you feel like there won’t be much change writing it here, can you do me a favour? can you set a time for yourself to be sad. Acknowledge what it is and then secondly just write all the thought down (on paper ) after that throw it away. And um caan you also search anything up to lift up your mood, and just maybe talk to yourself about it. talk to yourself that you are in good hands, put faith in god. believe that you are in good hands, things will get better eventually. ❤️❤️❤️ you deserve love and care< nothing less
