Hey it’s difficult to be in this position. Have you tried counselling to help you with the position you are in. Just stay connected with parents and practice gratitude daily to help further.

Yes I have therapy session twice a month and I do practice daily gratitude, but right now I feel useless and lovely. I don’t deserve love nor any human connection.

Thank you, i do go to a gym and workout 5 times a week but am mentally ill and there isn’t much hope for me.
