It’s just i feel like i should stay alone forever, so that no one will ever get hurt by me. Be it my parents or be it my friend or anyone. Just the idea that i would hurt them verbally or by anymeans … make me want to disappear from their life.

Oh, I get what you mean, because I felt the same for a long time :< But you have to accept that everyone is human. Everyone make mistakes. Sometimes, because of them, you hurt somebody. But it’s okay! The important thing is to learn from your mistakes, and apologise for making them. They will understand - because nobody is perfect! Keep trying, keep learning, don’t isolate yourself from others, but if you need it take some time for yourself to figure everything out. Maybe tell your friends and family about your feelings?
