Trying to eat healthy, so I cut down on all my fav junk food for the whole month and now i ate 2 bags of chips and a couple of chocolates , then ordered a chicken biryani and ate it . And I am still not full maybe I'll order one more biriyani and some ice cream. All this in a single evening and it's just the first day of  periods. 
I hate it so much I can't put it in words.
How will I ever lose Weight?

So I’m on the path of recovery AGAIN but it’s better this time. I checked my weight today in the morning and I increased 2 kgs which seems so little but god I wanna punish myself so bad. The bloating the irritation the nagging is getting to me and I just don’t wanna eat anymore at first it was okay but now I know it’s because I love sweets and bulimia never stopped me from eating anything. I found my fear food. I’m getting myself back but the question in my brain is it worth it

i am recovering from n eating disorder. and i am doing pretty great ive been body checking less and eating more. ive gained some weight and its a bit hard but i try not to think about it too much

My mother just told me don't eat so much food. So have I just been overeating my whole life? Well how would I eat less? Do I just stop eating? I mean I would indeed lose weight but I don't think I'm overweight or anything. I would like to be thin as well. 
But how would one eat less? I didn't think I ate a lot.

Honestly before you respond please don't be all nice, I want a serious answer on who to stop eating so much ig. Or how to eat less.

*I only eat three meals and maybe a snack

Eating Disorder

When people (w/o) eating disorders are talked to about eating disorders, they most likely think just not eating for like 2 weeks
But I feel like alot of them are like 
'Oh shit im eating too fast, did anyone notice? i need to slow down.."
"Oh sure ill have some" 'ill just take two or three bites.."
mine get triggered by shows and everything yk, so when i see on *certain show name* how this person only *eats certain amount of food* a day, i start intaking that habit, rn im boutta take over one, its so funny how the world can be so cruel.

I'm most likely suffering from a binge-eating disorder (according to my psychologist - who I've been talking about my food situation). 

I feel that it's not always talked about when eating disorders come into mention, like whenever someone mentions an ed everyone only ever talks to it like if it was anorexia. I know that every ed deserves it's awareness but all over tik tok for example, when someone shows an ed, it's anorexia, or bulimia. 

I feel like Binge eating isn't talked about enough 

It makes me feel like it's less of a problem or an issue that people deal with, makes me kind of sad
