I felt very uncomfortable on an ice cream date i went to today morning. Not that the guy did anything weird. But I felt completely shut unable to speak which is very unlike me. I was on the verge of crying. What could possibly be wrong?

Should I ask my teacher, whom I see as my parental figure to be my mentor? They were teaching me 2 years ago and I became very attached to them. Now I need mentor for some kind of competition and idk if i should ask them. I somehow feel like that i would seen annoying cause they are not teaching me anything at this moment.

There are times when people feel that they need to figure out the chaos , but do we really need to go through the storm always? Can’t we just wait till it goes away. Why is struggle always associated with our attitude towards hard work and do we really have a choice to do what we believe in? Or are those choices being laid out for us, by the corporations that benefit from our choices. Sometimes the world feels like a wretched place, with broken rules and broken people, all trying to fix themselves, but the progress in social development has been really slow compared to technological progress .
