I'm doing my final year of college. But I don't feel like going there because all my friends has started to treat me as invisible. I couldn't attend 3 months of classes because I had to go somewhere. When I returned all my friends have changed. What can I do?

Hey I am a newbie here.
So here's a quick anonymous intro
I am a girl from India with a bit of deformities by birth. Although my organs work perfectly fine but just my hands are a little differently formed.
I don't care about that. I just love myself.
Before this pandemic happened, I didn't care much about people's opinions as I was used to hearing them since childhood.
And during lockdown, meet ups with people got as minimal as possible. So the interaction got limited to the social media only where generally I wasn't judged by anyone.
But after the lockdown, I had to start my college and face the reality of facing people, their opinions, comments, their eyes on me, sympathetic looks and what not. It kinda sucks now.
I don't know why but I get insecure now, cry more often, and literally my whole life sucks. 
I just want my old self back when I didn't give a damn about anyone's opinions about me.

Anxiety

Today is a very bad weird day...
I can't describe in words...
I feel like it's the worst day of my life till now 
I am crying 

I am confuseddd.... 
I was dating this guy who had a past relationship.... when we started dating everything was goodd ......later he started missing his ex 😔 and so broked up with me  ... later again he wanted me to patch me as he said he missed me .. so i gave him another chance ...but again he gave me the same reason... 
Itsss been two yearss now for our breakup .... i used to miss him alot and i am not able to moveon till now.... he  texted me that he still loves me and wants me back he havent  been in relationship after me  and he said he has realised that he was wrong and now he is serious about me and misses me ...only he used to love his ex back then but they never got into relationship again.....
But there is even another guy my old classsmate who loves me from our school days ...... but never told me as he thought i would break our friendship... 
I dont know what to doo ...should i trust my ex again or should i give this guy a chance
