No matter how hard I try to move on and pretend I’m fine and chill I just can’t.
I don’t like getting sympathy from people that’s the reason I don’t even like sharing my problems but I sometimes it feels so overwhelming that I actually destroy my close relationships.
Sorry if I’ve offended anyone in chats I’m not really in a good mental state.

Take a break rather than being offensive to people than apologising about it. Seek help if possible. Let your emotions flow and don’t hold them back.
growing up in a brown family I’ve always told that crying or venting about things is done by people who are weak … It takes time to break such stereotypes🤌

Mental state is created State by us . It’s we who decide to be sad or happy. When we give to much importance to a situation or imagine that doesn’t go accordingly we get in bad state. Just stop giving importance to things that r not important

You must express your feelings and emotions! Be it by talking to someone or writing it on a piece of paper! Do whatever you want, but express! If you hold onto your feelings for long then it will harm you and your mental peace!

No issues Isha. I haven’t had a chat with you but I totally connect with this feeling of hurting your close ones because of some untied knots in mind. Those knots can only be sorted by you and you only …it is hard to be in that place of solitude and untie thise knots…it will help you grow and become stronger…develop your mental armour…this is the best ippurtunity.
