Insecurity

Hi good morning guys I am sorry to say my personal issue but I am facing biggest problem I am feeling stucked and feeling ashamed of myself because of my own actions i never fulfilled my own promises and ashamed of my bad habits
I will get up in the morning watch the Instagram continuously or some other things or watch p**n i tried to quit or resist but it's not happening and at 2 o clock i will login to my company laptop start working by seeing my own actions i am afraid that I am losing confidence and i feel like I am not good enough for everything
Please help me guys

When I was 14/16 years old, a friend of mine came to collect notes at my home. We were sitting in the hall. All my family members were there. I tried sitting too close to him. Our legs were touching. That might have made him uncomfortable a bit so he shifted a bit. I noticed that and was confused that why would he do that and what's wrong and I don't exactly remember if I did this or not but after he shifted, I may have shifted towards him again. I'm not sure bit I believe in assuming worst about myself. 

My mother then told me the same day that you shouldn't sit so close to a guy and that ask him not to wear shorts when he comes here. 

I know what I did was horrible and it's been 7-8 years and I still don't know how to live with my myself.
How could I do this! How could I be so naive to sit closely and when he was uncomfortable think that what's wrong and try shift more towards him!!! 

I'm so guilty and don't know what to do.
