Hi everyone
The present situation of my life is pretty calm. There are few ripples over the ocean however I am ready to face them. Based on my previous experiences, I am deciding to work on my own mental peace selfishly. I have always been an introvert and don't connect with people easily, however from now onwards I am deciding to follow my intuitions. I feel physical health is strongly connected to mental health hence now onwards I will be working on my physical health which directly means to work out. As a bonus I will also be practicing to wake up on time to be able to see sunrise amidst the foggy climate. I will have to get harder on myself by setting goals that will be helping me to step ahead. I will also have to rigorously focus on my studies now. 

Few things that I would want to tell myself is :
1. It's okay to be introvert
2. It's okay to be alone
3. It's okay to be not interested in relationships
4. It's okay to not be a member of the crowd 
5. It's not okay to continue doing the same mistake
6. It's not okay to be sympathetic towards own situations
7. It's not okay to give excuses 

Thanks for reading. I just wanted to write this down as a sign of commitment to myself.

Hey beautiful/hot/awesome people,
I just wanted to get this out of me. Lockdown has really starting to affect me and I feel like I am slowly getting depressed and losing my motivation. I used to be and sort of still am a positive person but due to the lockdown I have started feeling lonely even though my parents and friends are really supporting and love me. If you take a look at my recent searches on google or YouTube you will probably see : Sad Tik Toks/Videos to make you cry and if I am being honest I feel like crying all the time. Idk what the heck is wrong with me....  I still have some motivation left in me that really need to work on. Plssss tell me that I am not the only one feeling like that.

My Dad Always behave with Me In a certain way. He Always Keeps His talks secrets with Me. Whenever i ask Him something he dosent reply Anything and If sometimes he replyes he says it rudely and tells me I m worthless. He Is Impressive to outer world however Keeps Secrets With me. AVOIDS me and never Answers me.

Every time I look at food, I think I don’t deserve it, so I try to skip that meal, but then I remember that I  can’t let an eating disorder get to me. I am trying to amend my relationship with food and focus on my health, but starving isn’t the way.
