Need your good advice! Recently o found that I cannot stop stress eating. The last 2 weeks I’m just eating chips and sweet things. For example, I buy a pack of chips and some sugared yogurt and the next day I feel I need to buy and eat it again.
I am not overweight and I’m not that fat or chubby, I usually go to the gym and to a swimming pool. But the last couple of weeks I just feel like eating, I have low motivation to do sports and I feel I cannot stop eating rubbish food. Whenever I’m trying to switch back to veggies and fruits, I feel that it is not enough for me and I crave for chips in the evening. So I go and buy some.
Can anybody help me with some advice! I know it ruins my health and I don’t want it. But I don’t know how to put an end to it now 😞
Rather then eating you might try writing it down somewhere
… in a book or diary. It helps
