Hey! I can understand how it must be extremely difficult for you and might be procrastinating, like allll of us. Push yourself to start and every time you think about giving up, remind yourself why you started in the first place. But don’t forget to not be so harsh on yourself!! Don’t worry, you got this! <3

try seeing videos of ppl whom you are inspired to , i do it but mostly i do exercise because i push myself to ,you might try other ways like not just exercising even dancing is a better way to workout choose what is best for you and what you like to do regularly .
you can do it !
