My two bits:
Every great mountain is made of small pebbles. Ever y rain cloud is made of small molecules of water vapour.
Every great decision is made of small small micro improvements. Start small, start with small small, almost insignificant changes.
Build on them. Add to the changes incrementally.
That’s how you will develop the confidence and judgement to make great decisions. Life changing ones.
