Can toxic relationships be healed?' is a question many people think about, and surprisingly enough, the answer to it is yes! They can be healed. The idea is that toxicity in a relationship comes as a result of incompatibility between two or more people. Simple, common traits can become super toxic if they are disproportionate and unbalanced. Like for example, conern can become toxic when a person becomes too nosy and wants to know about and interfere in everything their partner does, giving them no space, or when one person is being nice and sincere and the other one starts taking them for granted and mistreats them all the time. These are traits of toxicity in a relationship. But here, we talk about can toxic relationships be healed, and yes they can be healed, with the combination of therapy and introspection cum realisations. Only when the people involved in a toxic relationship want to resolve the issue, can toxic relatsionhips be healed. It needs a lot of work, emotional, mental and sometimes even physical restrain in order to overcome toxicity in a relationship. It is not an easy task to work on this, and it takes a lot of strength and courage to deal with it, but that is part of the efforts people put in, in order to maintain relationships. If they are willing to work together and deal with toxicity in a healthy way, only then can toxic relationships be healed and replaced with traits full of love and care! :D

It's ok. People judge other's very easily. They don't have brains as they blindly listen to others what ever they say.  But you know what hurts most? Backstabbing. Talk very nicely infront of face and talk badly with others behind back? Not acceptable. 

It's better to stay away from toxic people rather than talking with them.

I accept that I'm struggling with my emotions. Feeling so anxiety and nervous. That doesn't mean you can take advantage of me. Having a toxic person is dangerous for mental health not only in relationship but also at work place.
