My thoughts are destroying me.  I tried not to think but silence has no difference

3am Thoughts

Well thinking about my life ..I have got too much responsibilities but I don't know what to do ..I feel like drowning inside negativity 

Anxiety

I want to empty my mind yar it’s bothering me lot.

I have a lot on my mind rn 
Nothing big but just random thoughts which won't leave me alone.
How do i het rid of them?

Exhausted

Your mind is like a innocent child who doesnt know what is good or what is bad, as you see the mind doing anything wrong and interrupts it will stop and if u not the child like mind will create a storm. 🥰👍👌😍

Day 4 ✨ Embracing self love through removing negative self talk, and substituting it with neutral thoughts ✨💯🥰

This is in no way a substitute to negative "feelings", this exercise is only meant to replace negative "thoughts"

Our thoughts decide what our brain will take in to feed itself, this is the first step towards genuinely building self love. It takes alot of efforts and genuine will power to follow this through, but this exercise ensures that you end up feeling better on a long term. 

📍Step 1 : Recognise negative self talk. 
📍Step 2 : Don't judge yourself or be too hard on yourself for having that thought. Remember, your thoughts are you ❣️ 
📍Step 3 : Don't try to change negative self talk to positive self talk, that can take alot of introspection and reflection and time to form. Rather aim at just eliminating negative self talk, with neutral self talk. 

Advantages 😍
❣️Easier to do, as compared to going full on positive. 
❣️ Better chance of consistency
❣️ Avoid all negative outcomes of negative self talk, like low energy levels and low self confidence 💕

Negative self-talk➡️	Neutral thoughts 

That is too difficult ➡️	It sounds challenging.

I cannot do it ➡️I will give it my best shot.

I always mess things up ➡️If I mess up, I will learn from it.

I have always been this way ➡️I am open to change.

I will fail ➡️	I want to succeed.

My life is awfu ➡️	I am lucky. My life could be worse.

No one likes me ➡️I like myself.

I do not know anything➡️	I want to learn.

I've never done it before➡️	It's an opportunity to learn something new.

It's too complicated ➡️I'll tackle it from a different angle.


I don't have the resources ➡️	Necessity is the mother of invention.

I'm too lazy to get this done ➡️	I wasn't able to fit it into my schedule, but I can re-examine some priorities 


There's no way it will work ➡️I can try to make it work.

It's too radical a change ➡️	Let's take a chance

No one bothers to communicate with me ➡️I'll see if I can open the channels of communication.

I'm not going to get any better at this ➡️I'll give it another try.

The thoughts are too heavy to carry, it's like someone is drilling hole in my head. 

Failure

I have a habit of thinking about worse, though i have been proven wrong yet i don't learn 🙂

I am constantly vigilant of other peoples reactions or slight changes in tones or attitudes. I am thinking about you thinking about what am i thinking about. You feel me?
