Dude same for me I just wake up and complain and this cycle continues but I dnt know why I have gone comfortable doing this winters are such I suppose.

I went to sleep at 5 yesterday morning. Woke up at 12pm. Went back to sleep at 2. Woke up at all. It’s now 6am…

I actually slept at 4 woke up at 9 attended meeting then sleep again at 1 and waking up at 3.Feels bad but I think once I will have some more responsibilities I will go on to normal routine.

Well, if it bothers you, fix it. Force yourself to sleep by 10 pm everyday. If it helps, wear yourself out physically so that u sleep. And wake up with alarm for next 2 weeks till it becomes a body clock 🤠
