My sleep routine is really f***** up and I am trying really hard to get it back on track yet when I try to sleep early I just canβt sleep. It gets really difficult I donβt know what to do.

My normal pattern is to sleep at 2 a.m. it keeps on fluctuating sometimes I sleep at 4 a.m. and it has been like this throughout the start of the lockdown and I am trying to improve but itβs hard

Yaa its hard but u have too busy urself in a day soo u can tired then u will automatically sleep when ur body will be tired

4 pm to 5:30pm usually
If you are falling asleep at 4am, trying to sleep at 9pm will never work. Try shifting back by an hour at a time, and for sleeping- you might have noticed what helps, eg reading, listening to music etc.
