My right eye is twitching from around 10 days. Any suggestions...

I heard from my friend we need to tell 5 PPL that my right eye is twitching. Have you ever heard any such things

I'm kinda introvert...have only 2-3 close friends...I never had lots of friends...and I don't even feel any need of lot of friends...My bf is exactly opposite of me... he's a typical extrovert...he has lot many best friends since childhood.. wherever he goes , he become the centre of attraction... everyone likes him... everyone talks to him...he makes instant connection with everyone he meets and he also maintain that connection further....so basically I have a countable people in my Life and my bf has uncountable persons in his life
...now my bf wants me to be like him...he always compliant me for me being introvert... we're friends for 7 yrs before getting into relationship...he always knew that I m an introvert and he never had any problem with this....but suddenly after getting into relationship , he's having issues with my personality....he wants me to change... I'm trying to change myself for him....but it is being very very difficult...I don't think I can ever become lie him

I've been feeling exhausted emotionally for the past few weeks. I've been thinking about my mom said that every thing that I do was all my fault. From the way I talk, the way I behave, the way I treat myself, the way I teach my little brothers or the way I existed. I've tried to explain to my mom that probably the one who should be changing was her behavior towards her kids. But then again, I think my mom will be always right about every mistakes that I made even tho I probably copied her too much in daily basis. Yeah, she probably right, I should not even try to argue that all the thing that I feel was only me being too sensitive. I shouldn't even exist anymore. :)

Watching the youtube videos has helped me more than the books. I took interest in Human Psychology and I am grateful for everything I have learnt so far. 
The trick is, once you know why you feel what you feel, you can process it better and let it go. When you don't understand your feelings, you get confused. But when you do finally get it, you can cater to your specific needs and address those unresolved issues on priority. 
Self awareness and educating yourself about how people function will help. A bomb you know how to diffuse can't threaten you right. Look these things up. You'll be able to see through people and won't get played. You will feel so in control of your life. Nobody would be able to manipulate you. You'll thank yourself later. :) 
I just wish more people knew.
