My neck and back keeps paining I don’t know it’s because of my posture or my over thinking and anxiety ???
Stressing over stuff really affects me physiologically.
But going to the gym and having desserts is one of way to reduce the stress???

Avoid stress eating though, eating will calm you down but stress eating will provide you temporary relief. Gyming is a nice option, although nature walks are considered best to relieve stress!

Try doing some fun activity or something that you enjoy. Don’t worry so much. Take a nap if you want to. Give some time to yourself.
