My mind is always looking for problems to disrub my peace of mind. Negative thoughts is the one of the main challenges i faced to my growth of personality and happier life. I always stuck in intrusive thoughts. I know that thoughts are just thoughts and it is not reality, still iam worried. I know how to handle negative thought but negative thoughts process deeply rooted in mind. It is not easy like my imagination. Thinking and doing both are entirely different. If i learned to handle my negative thoughts i will become more happier and satisfied in my life.

Thank you for your valuable advice. Iam trying such things like medication,adfirmation etc but its not working like i think. May be its take time.

Well i completely agree with each of your wordsβ¦but what we have to know we canβt be positive Everytimeβ¦but at the time we feel negative or down all we can do is to know the difference by asking simple question with yourselfβ¦like
Does my way of thinking can change the thing?
Is it worth puting my valuable time and energy into it�
But what i do when i feel down is i write them either in the form of poetry or in the form of rough workβ¦and i feel peace after thatβ¦you can communicate with people you loveβ¦i trust youβ¦you can cope up with itβ¦just believe in your own self
Firstly, thank you for your wonderful words. I always tried to believe like you said. I know it is not possible to be positive all the time. I always accept myself with most of all best worst qualities of myself. But some thoughts and behaviour stop us from the growth of our personality and its effect our wellbeing of life. Iam worrried about that. May be it because iam very self obsessed person. It is very hard for me to believe in myself. I donβt know why. One of my very disturbed fear is about the controll over my mind. What if lost control over my mind?? This is a disrubing thought. I know this is just a intrusive thought and my thoughts are nor always me. Still it distributing because of i donβt believe in myself. But i know one day everything thing will alright. I always believe that. My purpose in life to create a beautiful mindset. One day i achieve my dream
Lets be honest β¦you know everything but you didnβt accept it in realityβ¦thats the reason it creates boundary around youβ¦and those negative thoughts having a deep impact over youβ¦you are a overthinker but a observarβ¦but sometimes our thoughts becomes the barrier for usβ¦you know i suffered from a illness last monthβ¦but before it startedβ¦i start seeing symptomsβ¦but i Ignore themβ¦i try to control itβ¦but at last it happens after two weeksβ¦it was a skin infectionβ¦now Iβm completely okayβ¦but i learnt somethingβ¦you canβt control anythingβ¦ whatever is meant to happen will happenβ¦so what you can do is just set yourself freeβ¦just go with flowβ¦
