My mind is always looking for problems to disrub my peace of mind. Negative thoughts is the one of the main challenges i faced to my growth of personality and happier life. I always stuck in intrusive thoughts. I know that thoughts are just thoughts and it is not reality, still iam worried. I know how to handle negative thought but negative thoughts process deeply rooted in mind. It is not easy like my imagination. Thinking and doing both are entirely different. If i learned to handle my negative thoughts i will become more happier and satisfied in my life.

Thank you for your valuable advice. Iam trying such things like medication,adfirmation etc but its not working like i think. May be its take time.

Well i completely agree with each of your words…but what we have to know we can’t be positive Everytime…but at the time we feel negative or down all we can do is to know the difference by asking simple question with yourself…like
Does my way of thinking can change the thing?
Is it worth puting my valuable time and energy into it…?
But what i do when i feel down is i write them either in the form of poetry or in the form of rough work…and i feel peace after that…you can communicate with people you love…i trust you…you can cope up with it…just believe in your own self

Firstly, thank you for your wonderful words. I always tried to believe like you said. I know it is not possible to be positive all the time. I always accept myself with most of all best worst qualities of myself. But some thoughts and behaviour stop us from the growth of our personality and its effect our wellbeing of life. Iam worrried about that. May be it because iam very self obsessed person. It is very hard for me to believe in myself. I don’t know why. One of my very disturbed fear is about the controll over my mind. What if lost control over my mind?? This is a disrubing thought. I know this is just a intrusive thought and my thoughts are nor always me. Still it distributing because of i don’t believe in myself. But i know one day everything thing will alright. I always believe that. My purpose in life to create a beautiful mindset. One day i achieve my dream

Lets be honest …you know everything but you didn’t accept it in reality…thats the reason it creates boundary around you…and those negative thoughts having a deep impact over you…you are a overthinker but a observar…but sometimes our thoughts becomes the barrier for us…you know i suffered from a illness last month…but before it started…i start seeing symptoms…but i Ignore them…i try to control it…but at last it happens after two weeks…it was a skin infection…now I’m completely okay…but i learnt something…you can’t control anything… whatever is meant to happen will happen…so what you can do is just set yourself free…just go with flow…

That was a good perceptive. Glad to know that you are okay now. Like a wise man said " everything will be okay in the end, if it is not thats not the end" hope for the good.
