My mind is always active with random thoughts, it’s not calm. I feel hard to fall asleep. The thoughts are so random that it makes no sense. I wish if my mind was calm, so that I feel Free… and relax, or get some good sleep.
Meditate! Ho come on… Do you seriously think that will work?? Hyper active thoughts, running thoughts… would that let you sit in peace and focus?
