My lower legs (calves) are purely flat and they doesn't look nice at all. Any way how can i get curve in my calf region?

I confused love with lust . 

I am in third year of engineering college. I am not sure of it as a career. I have close friends and often feel that they are not my friends anymore even if they are extremely helpful towards me. I love one of my close friends but she doesnt have same feelings and I respect that but I don't feel like myself often cuz of lot of insecurities and unclear future vision. Often I overthink about these things and can't help myself. I am not productive at all these days..

update on my friend that i reported: hes everywhere omg... im always thinking about him, i see him all the time, i hear him... omfg its so painful to hear every day.. when im hanging out with my bf all i can hear is him and my bf loves to kiss and stuff in public but all i can think about is him... not in a "im scared of him" or a "im in love with him" way... more of a "what is wrong with him" and a "what will i do if he shows up" way... my bf just wants to spend time with me and hes just over across the park or some shit like that. its not like he traumatized me or whatever, but its more like i cant believe i let it happen for a whole year. it was small things but they were very big when i was trying to sleep... i would think "did he really do that" and "why didnt i tell him to stop" i knew what was happening but i let it slide so he could feel better. and my sister doesnt believe he meant to do it all in a sexual way because he gives off a gay vibe. if the school lets this slide because they think hes gay and he didnt mean it im done i swear. my sixth grade brain cant deal with this... i was just watching animatics and listening to the living tombstone like a kid in the middle of her kid emo phase or whatever... this is too much. its really not like he raped me or tried... i dont think he tried to make me feel uncomfy... but he didnt acknowledge the fact that he did it... i tried to bring it up and he would just be like "thats how we joke thought, youre my 'sister' its funny" and he would completely disregard (idk if im using it right pls dont judge if im not)  my feelings. i cant believe im so paranoid over such a dumb fuck. and whilst im in my feels my sister is having sex in her room...  our walls are thin but my moms out of town so ofc shes gonna be loud. so im stuck in the living room. i honestly just wanna get high... my mom and dad are addicted to drugs and my sisters smoke weed and vapes and eat edibles, and i hang out with 7th graders bc my bf and best friends are one and those kids arent good at all... so its expected for me to have be high at least once...  ok its time to wrap this up... bye lol

Hi, this might be a long one, you don't have to read it if you don't want to, I would understand. Anyway, I'm a recent graduate of high school (Class of 2019, yippee) who is taking a gap year to travel and work. I've had the whole summer to deal with the fact that I now have to face the rest of my life at the tender age of 16 (i graduated a year early, which will be an important detail later) and figure out what kind of functioning member of society I'm going to be. Now that it is early September and my younger brother is off to school with the rest of my friends I left behind when I graduated while I am at home doing nothing while I wait to head off on my flight later this month. It's a lot harder, at least for me, than I expected to wrestle with the fact that I'm never going to be in high school again. Although high school dragged me to hell and back, I'd rather have a reason to be stressed than be stressed over the fact that I'm doing nothing. I have so much free time since my job ended at the end of the summer and my friends are in school, so that time is taken up with thinking. Thinking about life, work, death, everything under the sun. I feel like I have a huge weight on my shoulders that I'm going to have to carry for the rest of my life, and I'm starting to bend under the stress. I'm scared of disappointing my parents, being a failure, not being able to find my own footing in the world, not being able to find a steady job, not being able to enjoy the simple things in life. I am way too anxious to do anything, and then I get anxiety over not doing anything. I'm stuck in a vicious cycle of anxiety attack after panic attack and vice versa and I need to grow up. It's bad enough that I don't even have my friends with me since they're all enjoying their senior year together, making memories that I'm missing and won't be a part of. I constantly worry that they'll forget about me or get sick of me even when I'm not there. There are some days that my thoughts are so loud I don't know how to function around them. It doesn't help that my parents don't believe in mental illnesses or mental problems so I get punished for being sad. I'm so scared of the future, but I know that time doesn't stop and I'm going to have to face it. I'm nervous that I'll crumble under the pressure, but I know I can't. I'm having my mid-life crisis at 16, isn't that just pathetic? I feel disgusted at myself for feeling this way. But I'm hoping that I'll decide to stick around and see it through to the end. I want to live but I'm scared to and I don't know what to do. Sorry if I just repeated the same thing over and over again, my mind's a mess right now. But if you made it to the end of my message, thanks for reading and I hope you're faring better than I am.

Anxiety

My parents have always been through a troubled marriage, it has affected me since I was a child. I'm in the merchant navy so for the past 2 years I've been at home giving my exams. Last month my father started hitting my mother when I wasn't home and she begged and cried for us to move, she has always supported me so I thought that I should too. Things got out of hand because he didn't want to talk and I unintentionally hit him when he straight away grabbed my mother's throat. I want to clarify that this isn't the first time that it came to physical harrasment on my mother and I couldn't bear it. Through a mutual discussion with a lawyer , they agreed that he will not do anything ever again. My mom, me and my younger brother (13 y/o) decided that we'll live together and my father went to my grandparents house. Since I was preparing for my exams, my mother told me to stay out of this and I did. From what I assume, she started thinking that she will not have a companion anymore and my father being the cunning man that he is, apologises and today my mom allowed him to come home. I feel helpless and broken. Especially from my mother who has stopped talking to me. She somehow believes that I was the culprit who took out his revenge on my father. Yes, I didn't like him and have been detached for a long long time. But the hitting was unintentional to which at that time, my mother was proud of, is now blaming me. I don't have a single penny to my name that I could go anywhere but she is not admitting that she provoked me to hit my own father. I'm confused as to who is more wrong? And helpless as to what me and brother should do? I really really can't afford therapy for myself and my brother. I will be back on the ship in 1-2 months time my brother will be stuck here.

I don't know how I feel sometimes I feel like I am very emotional and sometimes I feel I am really mean but the thing is very small thing my friend say to me even in funny way I take it seriously and I think about it every night and plus I am really a over thinker and I am just really tired of creating fake  scenario in my head and I really get to aatached to people even if I met them like 10 min ago I don't know what to do I just need someone to talk to because I don't feel  closure to people or friend like I used to before and I also want someone to love me the way I am and do not judge me . 😌😌
