A few days ago I came across this guy and every thing was going well. He was being gentle and kind and then one night we were just casually talking and in the midst of our conversation he asked me when was the last time I kissed and I told him. 

Ang I guess he judged me and started maintaing distance and was just acting weird.

Yes he's a decent guy no doubt.
