I just feel like crying when somebody yells at me and i feel like nothing can make me feel better. Once i start crying, i think about all the negative things and start overthink and it makes me cry more and I don't think i can get out of this phase. i try to, at times. I tell myself that i'm an optimistic person.
What hurts me more is that, i was never this type of person but now, i'm the opposite.
