My grandmother has Memory distrust syndrome. Memory distrust syndrome is a conditionin which an individual doubts the accuracy of their memory concerning the content and context of events of which they have experienced. Since the individual does not trust their own memory, they will commonly depend on outside sources of information rather than using their ability for recollection. So my grandmother often depends on us family members to even remember things like the color of the house or what she ate for lunch.

It feels unreal to read this. I’ve never heard someone know about this syndrome. My grandfather has been going through this as well. I can understand you well. Take care :)
