I know it is heartbreaking and I wish you strength at this point in time. It may be hard to move on but you can do it. Take this as an experience and stay optimistic about your love life.
I would suggest going back to living your life they way you did before you got into a relationship. Get into a routine, take time out for yourself, write down the things you’re grateful for, make a bucket list, watch your favourite movies, go out, do whatever you love and stay positive!
